What is LoadTruck?
LoadTruck is a digital road-freight platform that connects shippers with verified carriers and professional drivers, with tools for booking, quotes, tracking and managing shipments until delivery.
Which areas do you cover?
We move shipments between and within cities and regions of Saudi Arabia. Coverage is confirmed for each request based on the route and carrier availability.
How do I contact the LoadTruck team?
Use the form on the “Contact Us” page or send a quote request directly, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
For shippers
How do I book a truck?
On the “Request a Quote” page, enter the pickup and drop-off cities, truck type, approximate weight and expected date, and we will send you a clear quote.
How is a shipment priced?
The price depends on distance, truck type, the weight and nature of the load and the pickup date. You receive a detailed quote before the shipment is executed.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. You can follow the shipment’s status and location and receive updates at every stage until delivery.
What if I am not sure which truck I need?
Choose “Not sure” in the request form and describe the load, its dimensions and weight — our team will suggest the most suitable truck.
For carriers
How can my company join LoadTruck?
Send an application from the “For Carriers” page and our team will contact you to complete document verification and activate your company account.
Does each carrier get its own dashboard?
Yes. Every carrier has its own workspace with its users, drivers, reports and permissions, and no company can see another company’s data.
Can a carrier decline a request?
Yes. Carriers receive the requests assigned to them in their dashboard and decide to accept or decline them based on their capacity and schedule.
How do settlements work?
The platform provides detailed statements and settlements for completed shipments, which carriers can follow from their dashboard.
For drivers
How do I get the driver app?
The carrier company you work with adds you to its account on the platform. You then sign in to the driver app with the details you receive and start receiving jobs.
Can I confirm delivery in the app?
Yes. You can update the shipment status at every stage and confirm delivery with photos and the recipient’s signature directly in the app.
