How can my company join LoadTruck?
Send an application from the “For Carriers” page and our team will contact you to complete document verification and activate your company account.
Does each carrier get its own dashboard?
Yes. Every carrier has its own workspace with its users, drivers, reports and permissions, and no company can see another company’s data.
Can a carrier decline a request?
Yes. Carriers receive the requests assigned to them in their dashboard and decide to accept or decline them based on their capacity and schedule.
How do settlements work?
The platform provides detailed statements and settlements for completed shipments, which carriers can follow from their dashboard.
